1.  Referrals accepted via email only. Referrals must include the name, phone number, & address of the referring customer on the refer-a-friend online form.

2.  Current Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet, Advanced Phone or Dish Buy Back customers will receive a $20 service credit for each referral that results in the successful installation of a new Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet, Advanced Phone or Dish Buy Back customer.

3.  To receive the $20 service credit, you must be a current customer in good standing; i.e. no past due balance or policy violation warnings.

4.  Referred customer must continue service for at least 90 consecutive days following activation; credit will be applied after the 90-day period.

5.  Credits may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

6.  If multiple referrals for the same customer are received, only 1 credit will be provided for the referral first received by Advanced Cable.

7. Referrals of former Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet, Advanced Phone or Dish Buy Back customers who have been disconnected for delinquency or violation of Advanced Cable policies will not be accepted.
