Advanced Cable
Communications has 3 Customer Care Professional positions
available.
Each
position reports to a Customer Service Lead. This is an entry-level
position in the call center, responsible for performing a
variety of customer service and sales duties. The applicant must be
able to work any shift, weekends and holidays. Shifts are 8am-5pm or
1pm -10pm.
Answers customer phone calls, sells services and cover
full range of services in a prompt and professional manner.
This candidate must have good interpersonal skills to
interface with customers and subordinates.
Job
Responsibilities:
·
Demonstrates
courtesy and patience in customer
relations.
·
Provides
prompt resolution of customer inquiry by providing appropriate
billing, service, programming or maintenance information. Obtains necessary
information for resolution of
transactions.
·
Sells
new services to new customers, retains existing services, and
attempts to upgrade existing customers. Explains marketing
programs and promotions.
·
Responds
to routine customer work/service order inquires and
requests.
·
Troubleshoots
routine problems with installation, billing, service
upgrades/downgrades, and disconnects.
·
Punctual,
regular, and consistent attendance.
·
Perform
all other assigned duties.
Minimum
Requirements:
·
High
School Diploma or equivalent
·
Call
center experience
·
Bi-lingual
preferred (English/Spanish), but not
required
·
Ability
to read, write and speak English language to communicate with
employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and
by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and
professional manner
·
Must
be capable of multi-tasking with strong focus on customer
satisfaction
·
Knowledge
and understanding of mass communications technology, such as
cable television, high speed internet, cellular telephone
and/or wire line telephony a definite
