SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: Advanced Cable Communications has 3 Customer Care Professional positions available. Each position reports to a Customer
Service Lead. This is an entry-level position in the call center, responsible for performing a variety of customer service and
sales duties. The applicant must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays. Shifts are 8am-5pm or 1pm -10pm.
Answers customer phone calls, sells services and cover full range of services in a prompt and professional manner. This
candidate must have good interpersonal skills to interface with customers and subordinates.

2. Service Technician

Department:      Technical Operations
Position Type:   Full Time – Exempt
Reports to:       Technical Supervisor

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: Under limited supervision, perform troubleshooting and repair for broadband two-way residential and business commercial services for cable television and high speed internet from plant distribution amplifier/line extender to customer premise equipment (TV, Set Top Converter, DVR, Modem, etc.)
